At Lectric eBikes®, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all new and unused eBikes and accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive specialized shipping instructions.
Prepare the Bike
Ensure the eBike is in 'like-new' condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer, and pack it securely in the original factory packaging to prevent transit damage.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
